Co-Founder applications open!

Hiya everyone!

I'm going to be unavailable for the next few weeks, so I've appointed *Kired25 to the Co-Founder position temporarily, just to help me out while I don't have the time to moderate this group.

That means you all have a month, that's 4 weeks from right now in which to lodge an application to become Co-Founder.

Requirements:

Must have a thorough understanding of the group's rules

Must be able to give constructive criticism/feedback

Experience in this role is preferred but not required

Must be able to deny submissions and explain why the submission was denied in a friendly, non-threatening way

Must have the time to check the submission queue at least every third day

You can apply by either leaving a comment here on the journal, by sending the group a note or by sending me (*MyLittlePinkieDash) a note personally and I will decide in a week from the time of posting this journal.

General Info and Rules

This group is dedicated to all kinds of art featuring Shining Armor (Twilight Sparkle's newly revealed brother) and Princess Cadence (the third alicorn princess) characters from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic show.

All membership requests are automatically accepted. You don't need to be a member to submit art, though.

==== Group's Rules: ====

First, remain respectful to all members; no bashing, insulting etc., always remain nice.

Second, we accept only art featuring Shining Armor and/or Princess Cadence. It doesn't matter if there are other ponies on the image or if these two characters aren't the main focus, just as long as they are present there.

Third, we will NOT accept any kinds of explicitly mature content.

Fourth, always submit your deviations to the correct folders, as detailed below:

"Only Cadence" folder is for deviations where only Princess Cadence is present, "Only Shining Armor" is for deviations with only Shining Armor, and "Cadence with Shining Armor" is for deviations featuring both. These folders should contain ONLY deviations that aren't vectors.

"Vectors" folders work the same as above, but are dedicated specifically to hi-res, show-wise vector images useful for wallpapers and such. These need to be released in high resolutions as PNGs, preferably with downloadable source files as well (SVG, PSD, AI, FLA etc.).

"Comics" and "Wallpapers" folders are for comics and wallpapers, respectively. (Thank you, Captain Obvious!)

"Humanized" folder is for images featuring Shining Armor and/or Princess Cadence in human forms.

The "Photography" folder is exactly that, a folder for photos of cosplays, modelling, custom toys or plushies etc. If you took a photo of something or someone featuring the two royal ponies then it belongs in here. Please note PIRL does not go in this folder.

The "Miscellaneous" folder is for all those other things that don't fit into the other folders, this includes PIRL (Ponies In Real Life) and anything non-pony which is in the Royal Couple's colours.

Regular members cannot upload anything to the "Featured" folder - only administrators decide what can be featured there.

You can always ask the Founder (*MyLittlePinkieDash) or the Co-Founder (*Kired25) if you're uncertain where to upload the deviation or does it fit the group at all.

Undisputedly canon couples, i.e. MARRIED ones, are by definition NOT shippings and do not warrant groups.

Plus, these two were LITERALLY created to be a couple.
